Although I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, I’m a relative latecomer to the world of personal training and living proof that it’s never too late to get serious about your health.
From cross-country and road-running to hiking and adventure biking, I’ve tried it all. I got curious about functional, body-movement, and high-intensity training. And, at the tender age of 58, I started a two-year process to qualify as a personal trainer just after I turned 60. It’s never too late, remember.
Recognising that learning is the work of a lifetime, I continue to develop my knowledge and expertise in body posture training, sports injury prevention, and lifestyle and nutrition planning.
Using a functional, yet fun approach, I work with people of all ages and fitness levels to give them the edge they need to live their lives to the fullest.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I see my role as motivating and enabling my clients, and making their individual training plans a fun and rewarding experience. Using a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs, we work together to achieve their goals
